you speak German with your children at home?You may be interested in our Saturday school/kindergarten for bilingual children. Our school offers children the opportunity to use and improve their German. We teach in small groups with teaching material that is use in German and Austria, we also play and sing. It is also
important for us to introduce the children to the German culture with
its regional differences, e.g. celebrating the various festivals like
Nikolaus, Christmas, Fasching/Karneval and Easter etc Our school was founded in 1995 and is taught by qualified native speakers. We meet every Saturday (apart from holidays) in the of the Martin-Luther Kirche in 9 Park Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 8FE We have kindergarten group for the 3 to 5 year olds and various classes for the 6 to 13 year olds. The comprehensive Library is available to all families. A requirement for joining the school is, the German is already spoken at home, we can only support what is already there.
